From the sales team who manage your order, purchasing who bring in the products, right through to the warehouse guys who pick them ready for your delivery. We are all here to ensure our customers receive the highest standard of service.
Mike Gomme
Managing Director
As one of the original Managing Directors of Eurofit, Mike plays a key role in ensuring the business operates effectively and in line with its values. He is committed to maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring customers receive a reliable and positive experience. As a family-owned business, Mike places great importance on creating a supportive and inclusive working environment where all staff feel comfortable, encouraged, and valued.
About me: Spending the summer season sailing, as well as spending time with my family and Ozzie.
Dan Lowther
Operations Director
Dan oversees the daily operations of the business, managing the Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end process from purchase through to dispatch for our valued customers. He works closely with internal teams to improve processes and service standards, while also collaborating with customers on new product development.
About me: As a fellow dog owner, I enjoy spending time outdoors walking my two spaniels with my family, making the most of fresh air and quality time together
Maria Lewis
Commercial Manager
Maria is our Commercial Manager and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales and marketing. She plays a key role in setting pricing strategies, managing website updates, and ensuring all commercial information is accurate and up to date. As a central point of contact, Maria is also the go-to person for resolving any issues, supporting the team, and driving performance across both sales and marketing.
About me: A Rugby league girl at heart, but please, don’t talk to her about union! Maria generally spends her weekends volunteering as a member of the Ground Crew with the Hull Jets Ice Hockey Team.
Sadie McGuire
Accounts Manager
As Head of the Accounts Team, Sadie is responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s client accounts. ensuring clients receive a high level of service, their needs are met, and that accounts are managed accurately and efficiently. Sadie also oversees account processes and plays a key role in maintaining long-term customer satisfaction and trust.
About me: I am always attending a variety of charitable events and love spending precious time with my family and friends.
James Miller
Supply Chain Manager
James oversees the purchasing department, ensuring the procurement of products runs smoothly and efficiently. He works closely with the warehouse and sales teams to coordinate stock requirements and delivery schedules, playing a key role in ensuring products and container shipments remain on schedule and support the needs of the business.
About me: Outside of work I enjoy cycling and often out at the weekend doing 70 mile plus rides with friends (mainly so I can eat as much cake as I want!). Big football fan and luckily enough so is my wife!
Josh Preston
Warehouse Manager
As the Warehouse Manager, Josh oversees the efficient and safe operation of the warehouse, managing staff, coordinating picking, packing, and dispatch, and maintaining accurate stock control. Working closely with other departments, they ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and continuous improvement. Josh plays a key role in communication between the warehouse and sales team, ensuring information is clearly relayed to customers and service expectations are consistently met.
Neil Schofield
Strategic Business Development Manager
As our Strategic Business Development Manager, Neils focus is to identify business opportunities in key sectors and build strong, long-term partnerships with customers nationwide. Working remotely, he is able to stay connected with new and existing customers, helping them find the right solutions while driving sustainable growth for the business.
Keziah Gomme
Business Improvement & PA to Directors
Keziah plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office. She provides direct assistance to the directors, responding to requests promptly and effectively, and contributes to ongoing development and improvement of the business by supporting new processes, organisational changes, and operational initiatives.
About me: I love to spend time with family and will never give up an excuse to go shopping. I enjoy learning new things having achieved an honorary degree in law, and also a qualified beautician!
Louise Young
Senior Sales Administrator
When placing an order with us, you will most likely be assisted by Louise. Playing a key role in managing customer enquiries and processing orders. Louise regularly liaises with our purchasing team to source the required items for customers, with particular focus on coordinating bespoke orders to ensure specific requirements are met and delivered smoothly.
About me: A lover of the countryside and all animals, especially the office dog Ozzie!
Barry Roberts
Sales Representative
Barry plays a key role in driving customer acquisition at Eurofit. As a Sales Representative, he is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective customers, providing information about our products, and acting as a primary point of contact throughout the initial stages of the customers journey.
About me: Has a love for playing guitar since he was boy and motorbikes, especially the classics.
Ozzie
Office dog
As the office dog and a much-loved member of the Eurofit family, Ozzi takes his responsibilities very seriously. As well as being closely related to Mike Gomme, he is in charge of enthusiastically sampling any available snacks and ensuring all staff members provide regular belly rubs, ear scratches, and general affection. Ozzi also plays an important role in boosting morale and bringing a smile to the office.
About me: A lover of walks, treats and head rubs.
Morgan Eves
Sales Administrator
Morgan is responsible for assisting with sales orders and customer enquiries, providing helpful guidance to ensure customers find the most suitable products for their needs. She also supports our commercial department by maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information on the Eurofit Direct website, helping to ensure a clear and informative experience for our retail customers.
About me: Likes to sing along to the radio and drive her work colleagues crazy! I also have a love for horses.
Cara Grzesiowski
Marketing Assistant
As our Marketing Assistant, Cara is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing activities while also taking responsibility for the ongoing development and maintenance of our websites. This role involves creating and updating digital content, supporting promotional campaigns, and ensuring the website is accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand.
About me: A love for travel, culture, and food, but my main love is spending time with her loved ones and sleep!
Georgina Lucas
Buyer
As a key member of our purchasing team, Georgina is responsible for sourcing products from both UK and overseas suppliers. She oversees shipments and delivery schedules, liaising closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination. Georgina is also essential by ensuring products and container shipments are managed efficiently and arrive on schedule.
About me: Keeping myself busy outside of work, I was the ex-Mayor of Driffield town council, i’m a captain of a darts team, chairman of an archery club and go on many, many walks!
David Sparke
Warehouse Supervisor
David is responsible for assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including the accurate picking and packing of products and ensuring all orders are prepared and ready for collection by delivery companies. As Warehouse Supervisor, he manages and supports the warehouse operatives, maintaining efficient workflows and organisation. David plays a key role in ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly, efficiently, and in line with business requirements.
Roman Mikhovskiy
GI & Stock Control Supervisor
As GI and Stock Control Supervisor, Roman is responsible for checking and booking-in of all incoming stock, ensuring products are accurately recorded and stored in the correct warehouse locations. He also supports the picking and packing process by maintaining an organised and efficient stock layout, enabling the warehouse team to locate items quickly and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time.
Kevin Porter
Warehouse Operative
As a Warehouse Operative Kevin supports the day-to-day running of the warehouse by picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, handling stock safely, and maintaining an organised and efficient working environment while following health and safety procedures, and working closely with the wider warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Mark Cleveland
Warehouse Operative
You will often see Mark driving our Screwella van, delivering Kanban replenishments to several caravan companies in the local area, ensuring stock levels are maintained and customers receive timely, reliable service. In addition, Mark supports the warehouse team whenever possible by assisting with picking and preparing stock for dispatch, helping to ensure orders are processed on schedule.
Shaun Scruton
Warehouse Operative
As a Warehouse Operative Shaun supports the day-to-day running of the warehouse by picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, handling stock safely, and maintaining an organised and efficient working environment while following health and safety procedures, and working closely with the wider warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. He also helps to deliver Kanban orders to local customers.
About me: A big supporter of Rugby League (Hull KR fan) and you will always catch me at the game.
