Our manufacturers have worked with us for years and run their own QC to standards we’ve set with them. What’s different is we’re on the ground. Our CEO is based in Thailand and our purchasing lead is in Taiwan, so when something needs a conversation it happens in person and in the right time zone, rather than over email.
